Vendee Concept Compact Grader CALIBRA CC

Products are singulated on the compact grader, during this process each one is detected by photocells which make the dynamic weighing fast and efficient. Products are graded according to their weight depending on the weighing program currently running on the grader.

Regarding batching, each outlet is setup with a weight’cap determined by your settings. Once the desired weight is reached for an outlet, a specific light indicates to the operator the batch is complete.

Available with 3 to 8 grading stations, in a left/right combination or in line, the CALIBRA CC improves productivity and takes your area constraints into account.

This compact grader is able to sort different products simultaneously in large quantities. The compact grader Vendée Concept has washing nozzles that provide cleaning and cleanliness. Furthermore, this equipment is easy to install and turn on.

It is an economical grading solution with a maximum performance in minimum space.
