Beritech BE-5000 | De-Icing Series

The BE-5000 De-Icing Platform is designed for the manual emptying of fish boxes, ensuring an efficient separation of raw material from ice. The operator tilts the box over a steel mesh, allowing the ice to fall away while keeping the fish intact.

To handle the collected ice, the BE-5051 Ice Melting Unit can be integrated into the process. This unit efficiently melts the ice, ensuring smooth operations. A hot water supply is required for optimal performance.

Both solutions are built from food-approved materials, ensuring hygienic and reliable operation in seafood processing environments.
